What are the top 5 things that you would/wouldn't look for in a new employee?

The top five things that I would look for an employee and I'm starting them in the order that if I was hiring them would probably be starting with being honest. There is something about lying and being DISHONEST that really gets me off and it just isn't really necessary whether it be if they did something wrong and not facing up to it or along the lines like that. Another big thing is hygiene, nobody wants an employee with bad breath speaking to the customer, or that smells really bad. Being able to work with others is another big one. Being able to work within a cooperation or with other co workers it is very important to maintain a relationship with them, even the smallest common likes can spark the same level of interest and can lead on to friendship. Communication with others, such as the customers is fatal. Depending on where our working you have to know how to communicate with different kind of people and know how to react, because not all people are nice. So make sure that you have a smile on your face and seize the day. Also our attitude upon work is also needed to make sure that you don't give people the wrong idea, I mean if you really don't like working at a fast food place, complaining about it really isn't going to do anything or change anything to set to your needs. These are the important traits that I would look for within a person.
